How do your monthly subscriptions work?
Each month, you will receive three pairs of premium quality undies curated based on your style preferences. Your subscription renews automatically, but you can skip a month or cancel at any time through your account settings.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all subscription orders within the United States. International shipping is available for a flat rate. Orders typically process within 2-3 business days.
Can I return or exchange my items?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged item or have a sizing issue, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.
How do I choose the right size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page ranging from Small to 4XL. We recommend measuring your hips and referring to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
Initial orders are billed immediately. Subsequent monthly renewals are processed on the 11th of each month. You can update your payment method at any time in your profile.
