At Splendies, we want you to love your new intimates, but due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow our streamlined process below to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return progress.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
